He is a Professional Engineer and PMP certified with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
He has 20 years of diverse industry experience in Canada and USA from Automotive and Design Engineering, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) to project managing complex P3 Capital/Ministry Funded Projects from initiation to closeout.
Nehit has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of various capital and ministry funded Engineering and Construction projects on behalf of Infrastructure Ontario (IO), with a total combined budget of $50M ranging from sensitive sites such as courthouses, correctional facilities, and police detachments, to high-rise photogallery buildings and heritage sites across Ontario, Canada through diverse experience and training in various roles.
Nehit has developed in-depth knowledge of relevant legislations, standards, guidelines, Health and Safety, Construction Acts, extensive ACEC/CCDC2.
His proven ability to leverage strong relationship management skills, sound negotiation and facilitation skills, strategic and analytical skills, effective decision-making abilities with an ability to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders to address client’s explicit and implicit needs.

She is a computer engineer from M.S. University of Baroda.
She has more than 20 years of experience in full life cycle of the software development process including feasibility studies, business requirements analysis, cost estimates and systems proposals.
Shivangi has demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Business Analysis, QA/QC testing, developing complex logic, implementing user interfaces, localization, audits and maintenance using object-oriented methodologies for large scale enterprise projects.
She was involved in all aspects of Web and Mobile development and maintenance of Ontario's EPR software for recycling including management of the software team in Agile based development environment. She has played a key role in integration of internal systems, processes and tools within the organizations that she worked for.
She has a proven ability to lead and motivate culturally diversified teams at various geographical locations in multi-national organizations with improved functionality, productivity and quality, consistently meeting critical requirements. She is an environment enthusiast (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and a meditation (Sahaja Yoga) practitioner.
